Crew Leader- Install   We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Install division. You will be a working team member who oversees all aspects of a crew from start to completion. What would my responsibilities be? Supervise all Install activities of the crew, ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, the training and tools needed to complete the job, and that they are always operating safely. Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day. Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed. Use Install tools and operate heavy equipment as needed. Safely drive crews to and from jobs, adhering to the Company's Safety Policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews. **Candidates with experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are desired. We are looking for bright, energetic, team players that are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and take ownership of their work. Projects will vary in size and scope based on client specifications. What would my responsibilities be? Show up on time daily, with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform assigned tasks. Load, unload and install trees and other landscape related plants, materials, and equipment. Site preparation and clean up. Install drip irrigation ¾ poly, barbs, and emitters. Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety training. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team. **Candidates that have experience with masonry work, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are desired. -Starting at $20/hr plus bonuses! Your goal is to introduce the company to the homeowners, obtain interest or disinterest in the offering of a “property assessment” and set appointments with interested homeowners. All details are logged into the company appointment system and verified the following week.   Team member essential functions: Walking and knocking doors in company assigned neighborhoods Talking with homeowners about their current property situation Create interest in our services Obtain an appointment for a Project Manager to meet with the homeowner for a Property Assessment. Log the visit and the results, in the company system.
