We are able to accomplish this by partnering with schools, outreach programs, and other college and career access organizations to provide efficient and effective college and career access programming and classroom-based test preparation.   To learn more about Study Smart Tutors visit us at www.studysmarttutors.com   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   Subjects to be taught: Math & ELA   Grades: K-12th grade   Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.   Tutors will have access to information about class assignments   Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies   Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff   Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students     QUALIFICATIONS:   MUST hold a completed 4-year degree   Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired   In-person availability is subject to the following regions: North LA, South LA, East LA, or West LA   Scheduled hours: Schedules vary across sites. : We are hiring Caregivers who can work weekdays and weekends and are comfortable commuting to the following cities: Long Beach, Compton, Inglewood, South LA, Central LA, DTLA, East LA, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and San Fernando Valley. You will provide support to clients of all ages by delivering top notch care right in the comfort of their own homes. We want to hear all about your specialized experience because every skill and every story you bring makes us even stronger as a team. Here's what you'll assist your client with: Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers) Meal preparation Companionship Light housekeeping Medication reminders Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed Errands/transportation   Position Requirements: Two Caregiving References : Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience. Valid ID : Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements. Negative TB Test : Provide proof of a negative TB test. If needed, we cover the cost for eligible candidates . Reliable Commute : Preferred : Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date   Desired Attributes: Self-Starter : Demonstrates initiative and the ability to anticipate client needs without constant supervision.
