GAT Airline Ground Support

Ramp agents are responsible for loading and unloading aircraft baggage, guiding planes to and from their gates, operating baggage carts, de-icing planes and performing other airplane servicing duties. Ramp agents have fast-paced careers and should be comfortable working in any weather, including rain, snow, and heat. 

Facilitating airline passenger processing including check-in, assistance to the departure gate, baggage claim area, and common areas of the airport. Passenger Assistance Agents may also push wheelchairs and carry personal items of passengers. 

Lavatory Technicians encompass the servicing of all aircraft lavatories. Technicians service the aircraft lavatories with a lavatory truck or cart that is equipped with necessary tools needed to dump, flush, and refill the aircraft lavatories. Technicians must be comfortable using computers and keeping records of the services performed on every aircraft
