Description: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) provides assessment, triage, and treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions using a recovery based and trauma-informed perspective.
LPHAs work in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. LPHAs conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) at regular intervals to ensure optimal and personalized services. LPHAs deliver therapeutic evidence-based and best practice interventions including, but not limited to: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family and/or group services, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.
This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and may require the completion of a language competency test. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

Salary: $55602 - $63616 annually depending on licensed experience.

Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field is required. Minimum of three years' experience performing mental health assessments diagnosis and treatment required. License: Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT is required.

Description : This position performs general restoration, renovation and maintenance work. Work is performed under the general direction of the Facilities Office Manager with the latitude for exercise of individual knowledge and technical skill. Will serve as a resource specialist in a designated skilled trade. This position requires the ability to be on 24 hour call on a rotating basis.
Minimum 3 years' experience in facility maintenance preferred. Must be proficient with hand tool operation.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Basic knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, light carpentry.
Familiarity with construction terminology.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blue prints and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Description: Oversees the areas of Medical Records and HIPAA Privacy for Integral Care. Additionally, chairs the forms committee. 5 years of experience in Health Information Management to include areas of release of information, document management, electronic health record maintenance, HIPAA privacy laws, breach notification and legal response. 2 years supervisory experience required. 3 years of experience in a behavioral health care setting preferred.
License: Current certification with the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Administrator. Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Salary: $77,862 annually.
