Charter Management Assistant & Charter Management Intern

As a member of our Miami based Charter Management Department, you will join a team that acts as Central Agents for a prestigious fleet of large motor and sailing yachts ranging from 120ft to 300ft.  The department’s objective is to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and informed service to our yacht owners, charter brokers and to the captains of the managed fleet while maximizing revenue opportunities

Skills & competencies:

• Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Languages: a basic knowledge of any popular foreign languages such as Spanish, French, Italian would be an asset but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on deadline
• Ability to work well within a highly motivated and energetic team
• An interest in marketing & creative design would be an advantage
• Good attention to detail
