Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and process manuals. This position must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees.
This position directly supervises respective crews.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to outside working conditions and working near moving mechanical parts. Some amounts of time may be spent working in extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
