Job Description


  • E-filing in all Court
  • Opening files
  • Keep cases organized
  • Experienced with drafting standard discovery, demands (interrogatories, requests for production, etc)
  • Draft routine motions, pleadings, correspondence, etc
  • Perform litigation assistance by coordinating witnesses and schedules or hearings and securing records as needed
  • Assist Attorneys in effective and efficient resolution of files
  • Other duties as assigned by management or as needed


  • Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, etc.) email and faxing
  • Excellent Organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a legal secretary
  • Must be bilingual
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, legal pleadings, motions, orders, discovery, and trail deadlines

Must be energetic, organized, independent, detailed oriented and able to handle a busy docket
