Provides the delivery of family development and social services to enrolled children and families participating in the Early Head/Head Start program; Manages a designated classroom site’s enrolled children and families in relationship to maintaining full funded enrollment and above 85% average daily attendance; Delivers child/ family services within the context of a 2 Generation approach and within the framework of the SWHD PFCE Model; Consults regularly with families to assess and prioritize strengths and needs, establish family goals and to develop specific plans for implementation; Coaches and mentors parents and develops reasonable steps and strategies within the framework of the Family Partnership Agreement/ SWHD PFCE Model; Ensures that enrolled children receive the required health and nutrition services and appropriate health and nutrition follow up treatment according to the EPSDT guidelines and the outcome of the Health Home Visit/ Health Consultation Meetings (Health Literacy outcomes). Provides families with referrals to ensure that families receive appropriate and timely services; Supports the facilitation of the Parent Center Committee Meetings in partnership with program parents; Supports the linkage of the Parent Center Committee Meetings to the program’s Program Leadership/ Governance activities. Ensures that the assigned children and families fully meet Head Start Performance Standards, DHS Licensing Requirements and CACFP; Plans for child/ family goals and objectives in collaboration with an integrated service team. Monitors status of all children and their families by utilizing program consultants and members of the Integrated Service Team to provide quality child/ family services (One Child, One Family, One Team); Assists Program Managers and the Director/ Assistant Director in planning, developing, and monitoring program services, policies, and procedures. Works under general direction, according to agency mission, philosophy, Core Values, Codes of Ethics, and goals.
