Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional Maintenance Porter to assist in the upkeep of our high-end, luxury apartment buildings to maintain and enhance the resident experience. The Maintenance Porter is full-time position with the opportunity for overtime. Regular hours are:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

The right candidate will perform a diverse range of duties some of which include:

  • Regular upkeep of common areas including cleaning, power-washing, and light maintenance tasks
  • Represent the company alongside third party vendors and inspectors
  • Assist the property management team with deliveries, errands and tasks as directed
  • Assist in the transport, moving or relocation of heavy equipment, appliances, and machinery
  • Assist with snow removal and salting
  • Assist Maintenance Technicians with the successful completion of work orders
  • Your central goal is to always provide residents with outstanding customer service and the positive experience they expect in their luxury residence. As the face of our company, a successful candidate will be presentable, polite, and positive, with outstanding people skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High School diploma or relevant qualification
  • Light Building Maintenance knowledge preferred
  • Prior experience working in a hospitality environment preferred
