  • Provide a generous base salary of $32,000.00
  • Have an uncapped commission plan- in the first year our consultants average $55,000-

  $65,000 with some earning upward of six figures

  • Offer additional performance and milestone bonuses of $5,800.00 in your first 20 weeks!

Our Sales Reps: 

  • Cold call on new business - this role is 100% phone-based, you will be expected to make about

  200 dials a day to engage with service providers and sign them up for our platform 

  • Manage potential inquires 
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals 
  • Apply the Networx sales process
  • Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures 


  • This role will require both remote and in person schedules.
  • This role is 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday. 
  • We expect our sales reps to be independently motivated and be able to manage their time

  well in a semi-remote work from home environment. 

  • The first two weeks of training are work from home.  
  • After training, our sales reps work in the office on Monday- Wednesday. Our sales reps may

  be allowed to work from home on Thursday and Friday. 

  • All applicants must be able to work full time in the office once deemed safe by state or federal

  health guidance.

Remote Working Requirements: The successful candidate should be well versed in teleworking environments, have stable and reliable high speed internet connection/service, and have necessary equipment including a fully functioning computer and headset. Strong and intuitive computer skills and familiarity with Zoom, G-Suite, and Slack is essential, though training will be provided on those applications. Time management, written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role. Due to the fluctuating status of the pandemic, we are working through, this role will require both remote and in person schedules. All applicants must be able to work full time in the office if deemed safe by state or federal health guidance.  Depending on the status of the nation's health, the longevity of an employee, and/or proven track record of successfully working from home for Networx, long term work from home opportunities may be available.


Job Type: Full-time work schedule equal to 40 hours or more per week. 


Travel & Driving Requirements: Negligible.
