As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for bringing that great Lou Malnati's culture to life! We rely on you to teach every person working in our store and every customer who walks through our doors what it really means to work at Lou’s. You’ll set the standard for every position on the team and wear many hats including customer service, cooking, staffing, marketing, and sales.
