Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the School/Center premises. Performs additional work as assigned by the immediate superior. Have a good understanding of safety and adheres to safety rules and regulations. Communicating on a regular basis with the occupants in the assigned area and provides feedback to immediate superior of any important updates related to work.
The successful candidate will be considered essential personnel and must be able to provide daily cleaning, restocking, sanitizing & disinfecting to all assigned areas. Assigned areas can include but are not limited to- classrooms, restrooms, labs, athletic facilities, offices, student living space, kitchens, clinics, and exterior spaces which can include snow removal. This position is responsible for providing interim and restorative floor care across the campus. Must have the capability to lift and/or move equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds daily. You will be required to perform additional projects as assigned and be compliant with all safety protocols. Must be able to communicate on a regular basis with the building occupants in your assigned area and provide feedback to your manager. Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience and full availability to work any of the 3 shifts (Days, Mids, and Overnights) are required.
