Bilingual Enrollment Specialist, Employee Benefits

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employee Benefits Bilingual Enrollment Specialist works collaboratively with the Client Management Team to provide a positive enrollment experience for our clients. Executes on open enrollment strategy set forth by the Client Management team, including enrollment materials, presentations and employee consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to explain clients’ benefits package in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner
• Be comfortable with and correctly follow HUB International policies and procedures, escalation protocol, communications best practices and documentation standards.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions and apply feedback and best practices.
• Collaborate with Client Management Team on enrollment strategy.
• Review open enrollment materials (presentation, guide) for accuracy.
• Translate open enrollment materials into Spanish as needed.
• Conduct open enrollment meetings in-person and/or virtually in either English or Spanish (as needed).
• Prepare pre-recorded open enrollment presentations as needed.
• Assist employees with individual questions/consultation relating to open enrollment.
• Assist employees in enrolling electronically as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to CMS, HIPPA, and all other health insurance regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot presentation technical issues onsite if needed

*Position can be a hybrid role (a few days in the office and a few days at home)

* The expected salary range for this position is $16.78/hr to $32.00/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least 3-5 years of related experience working in the employee benefits arena (equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable).

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Must have current insurance license.
