Our company is medically-based, so as the Metro Traveling Registered Nurse, you will travel to our various locations up to a 60 mile radius of the assigned metro area to fill in, while their permanent provider is out of the office (vacation, FMLA, leave, etc.) and help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they’ve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

Pay: $72,800 Annually

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
  • Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
  • Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
  • Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
  • Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management as needed, regarding patient treatment plans

Requirements:

  • A reliable form of transportation for local travel between clinics
  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Will work with Milan's Licensing Team to obtain licenses in multiple states, if necessary.
  • Ability to fulfill and travel up to a 60-mile radius of the assigned metro area
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Reside in close proximity to a Milan Laser clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to our clinics. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various laser equipment and systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and minimizing downtime. Your strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering world class customer service will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose and identify issues using appropriate testing equipment and procedures. Effectively troubleshoot problems and implement necessary repairs or replacements to obtain optimal functionality.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of equipment, machinery, or systems, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, high voltage, and cooling systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, replacing , and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential breakdowns.
  • Customer Service & Technical Support : Provide world class customer service by promptly responding to service requests, addressing clinic concerns, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations while performing service activities. Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development. Attend training sessions or workshops as required to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical background required.
  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, high voltage, cooling knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce as well as an inventory ERP system preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using various testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the requirements.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when required.
  • Valid driver's license.
