The Technical Operations Center Technician (TOC) will perform operation duties in a variety of technical and administrative roles including monitoring content, responding to alarms, escalating issues, documenting summary of events and communicating with stake-holders regarding daily operations for customers of services provided for both DBS and streaming platforms.
The TOC team is responsible for identifying, documenting, escalating and following-up on service-related channel issues for customers for DISH, DISH Mexico, Sling, and others.

Compensation: $18.00/Hour - $20.00/Hour
