Train, develop, and supervise maintenance technicians Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in developing clear communication between office and maintenance. Lead weekly make ready meeting, ensure completion of turns within 5 days. Hold daily meetings with staff to assign work, encourage them, and answer any questions. Check maintenance staff results in the field and coach up techs where necessary Participate in management development and other training programs Re-enforce communications from Regional and Property Manager to the Maintenance Team. Oversee stocking and inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies. Communicate with vendors and facilitate entry as needed. Conduct and document regular inspections at predetermined intervals. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and pre-inspections. Oversee hiring and scheduling of maintenance technicians. Maintain key inventory including; master keys, resident keys, vendor keys, and check-in/check-out systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard Ensure all maintenance work is completed within 72 hours and within budget Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.   Requirements 5 years of experience in apartment, hospitality, or facility maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of Property Management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills Must be a self-starter and take pride in the work. The ability to operate manual lathes, automatic lathes, and CNC mills. Must be able to perform math and read measuring instruments and blueprints. Ability to set up and operate standard jobs on these machines.  

( Minimum of one year of service in mechanical/automotive repair, or industrial machine repair) such as brake press punch, hear, welder repair, or installing indoor maintaining electrical service in an industrial plant or machinery application. Must be able to lift 100lbs, ability to climb ladders and stairs. Must be able to read and understand simple equipment repair manuals, and schematics.   Job Function : The Maintenance Mechanic must be dedicated to the timely repair and preventative maintenance of all the plant equipment and facilities including everything from clogged drains and spent light bulbs to malfunctioning brake presses and forklifts. The Mechanic must keep in mind at all times, the primary purpose of the position is to maintain the highest level of productivity in the plant in regards to the functioning of its facilities and equipment.

Service Linen Supply is looking for a self-starter who is well versed in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting; has advanced knowledge of hydraulic pumps, motors, pneumatic valves, cylinders, and electric control circuits. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the safety and operations of large production equipment.  The IMM must have the ability to think outside the box for fixes and cost-effective solutions to ensure no production down time.  The IMM is responsible for assisting in the preventative maintenance of our modern industrial machinery that is equipped with the latest technology, as well as, auxiliary equipment, overhead conduits, conveyors, work stations, etc. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing any potential issues in order to keep the plant running at maximum productivity. The IMM is expected to perform all assigned duties in a safe fashion and in accordance with WA Labor & Industries and OSHA standards and directives, report any unsafe conditions or practices to management in a prompt fashion, and to perform other duties as assigned. Certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Systems, Technology or Mechatronics. Other similar certifications considered.   3-5 years of related work experience with industrial machinery in a commercial laundry, food production plant, auto shop, or Navy Shipyard preferred, willing to train right candidate  Strong electronic and electrical abilities  Experience with PLC, motors, and electrical circuits  The ability to read schematics and troubleshoot  Flexibility to work on non-electrical projects  The ability to work independently and display a strong work ethic  High attention to detail  A stable work history and the ability to pass extensive pre-employment background checks. Able Seaman (M) will work as a watch stander or day worker in the Deck Department. As a watch stander, you will stand wheel, anchor, and gangway watches as directed, maintaining alertness at all times. During a wheel watch, you must maintain a steady course, properly execute all rudder orders and communicate utilizing navigational terms relating to heading and steering. As a day worker, you will perform general maintenance, repair, sanitation and upkeep of material, equipment, and areas in the Deck Department. The incumbent performs maintenance such as chipping, scraping, soundings, priming, painting and/or cleaning of the ship’s hull, decks, superstructure, cargo gear, smokestack, lifeboats, rescue boats and/or life rafts, and emergency and damage control gear. Responsible for learning the location and use of emergency equipment, lifesaving equipment, damage control equipment, and safety equipment. Able Seaman performs all operations connected with the launching of life saving equipment and makes security inspections of the ships. Also performs other duties within the scope of the position.

REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and associate degree or certificate in industrial maintenance, or at least 4 years of relevant maintenance experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to read shop signs and instructions and collaborate with team members. Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in working on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, rebuilding gear boxes, bearings, and conveyor systems. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in operating a variety of hand and portable power tools as well as machine shop tools.
