The position is full-time and being able to work at a computer and on phones for the majority of your time is crucial. We are customer service driven and being able to professionally engage with lenders, appraisers, real estate agents, attorneys and homeowners is a paramount to our success. Appraisal Management background preferred Mortgage experience a plus Previous clerical & customer service Excellent written & verbal skills Knowledge of Windows programs Organizational skills Special attention to details Ability to self-pace & complete tasks Build trusting relationships with appraisers, lenders, etc Monitor and maintain appraiser profiles to ensure compliant and up-to-date Ability to prioritize heavy workload with priority assignments Ability to provide self-less service, trust, and transparency in all communications and service Work on own or with a team Responds to emails, phone calls, and in‑person inquiries concerning appraisal assignments. Recruits new appraisers to the company's appraisal panel, based on geographic requirements. Assigns appraisal orders to appraisers when the appraisal order is not accepted by an appraiser through the automated system.
