This Construction Assistant Supervisor would be responsible for, but not limited to, delivery and pick up of various material, trailers, and equipment from vendors and job sites, take direction from Management and Co-workers on the team, would provide a variety of services depending on the demands of the daily schedule and needs of the projects underway.
Pick up and deliver materials, trailers, and equipment to shop, job sites, suppliers, etc. in a timely manner
Run various errands as assigned
Provide general support to job site personnel
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with Customers, Co-Workers, Sub-Contractors, Management, and Sales Team
Use safe working practices and follow all safety requirements

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

Proven experience as a marketing assistant
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
