Qualifications: - Active state license/certification in respective field (LPN or Phlebotomy). - Minimum 3 years of work experience in clinical or healthcare settings. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and infection control standards. - Passion for education and mentoring students is a plus.
