We are looking to build a large and thriving team of Live Operations Support Representatives for a new part of DoorDash's business: DoorDash Drive.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team supporting the most pressing needs of thousands of DoorDash's partner Merchants, Customers and Dashers worldwide! You’ll be part of an exciting, rapidly-growing team designed to take our support to the next level.
In this role you will respond to live inbound inquiries from partner Merchants, Customers and Dashers worldwide. You will be expected to juggle phone, email and chat. This role calls for a self-starter who wants to be part of a new, dynamic and fast-moving team at DoorDash. This role will require the ability to flex to off hour shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

We conducting interviews Monday - Friday in our office in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. You will meet with 2 Supervisors for 20-30 minutes each. To help us get a jump start on your availability for onsite interview, we are pre-asking for your availability for onsite interview in the application question below.
