Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and pursuing any sales opportunities. We will provide you with in-depth and inclusive training on all of our products as well as general salesmanship. You will be given all of the tools to ensure your success. Your compensation and ability to earn money will be correlated to your motivation, ambition, and work ethic. You will be responsible for generating a portion of your own sales leads, although some will be provided. Once on board we ask for a few basic things; dedication, professionalism, a positive attitude, and honesty. In return we will treat you like family and give you the opportunity to reach your full potential.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Meet and/or exceed sales goals
  • Thrive in a competitive sales environment
  • Contact and communicate with perspective customers
  • Conduct an inspection, present proposal, price job, collect payment
  • Meet with customer, determine which product best suits their needs
  • Organization, completion, and submittal of all sales/project documentation
  • Communicate with your sales manager
  • Build, maintain, and manage customer relationships
  • Furnish activity reports weekly and provide direct reports
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, account reviews, and continued education/training
  • Submit all appointment results
  • Review proposals with customers
  • Review incoming scopes
  • Conduct walk around with customers
  • Must respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Provide constant communication with management to ensure job goes according to plan
  • Cold calling, running pre-set appointments/leads, networking events, account management
  • Previous experience in door to door homes sales is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual a plus, but not a requirement
  • Participate and coordinate trade shows, architectural shows, property management/real estate expos, and any other marketing functions deemed important by J&M
  • Submit sales goals weekly
  • Coordinate with operations team to provide pertinent information

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
