We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- An active real estate license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A desire for personal and professional growth, including a drive for results with strong collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to engage with customers and colleagues.
- A commitment to providing an exceptional client experience, placing their needs and goals above your own.
- Residential real estate sales experience or strong sales background preferred.

As a licensed realtor, you're probably looking for a new challenge. You want to get in front of clients, but you also don't want to spend your entire 8 hour day doing lead generation. You want to succeed and you want to be partnered with a top real estate company with a leading track record. If this is you, then we need to chat! As an MSRE agent, you will be responsible for getting really good at what you are made to do, sell real estate! You will be booked on 8 to 15 appointments each month, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best.

Instead, we provide you with a steady stream of qualified appointments that are booked by our Inside Sales Team, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience, closing deals and earning commissions.
