As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the local market while gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and training from seasoned professionals. No prior sales experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a passion for people, and a desire to build a long-term career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting homes throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas
• Learn how to conduct showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Support clients through each step of the transaction process
• Stay informed about local neighborhoods, school zones, and market trends
• Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly
• Build your personal brand and grow your client base with guidance from experienced mentors

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed real estate agent in Florida or actively working toward licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and embrace a team-oriented culture
• Familiarity with Jacksonville neighborhoods is a plus
