Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales Rep)

Lechner Services is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Rental Division. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business accounts for our uniform and facility service rental programs. You’ll identify potential customers, schedule appointments, conduct on-site consultations, and tailor service solutions that meet their needs. This is a field-based position covering a defined territory in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and set appointments through cold calling, canvassing, and referrals
• Conduct in-person meetings to understand customer needs and present service options
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

Qualifications:

• Prior B2B sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with base salary, commission, and full benefits.
