We are looking for an experienced Front End UX Designer who can design exceptional user experience and build them in production. This role blends UX/UI design and front-end implementation for internal logistics and operations tools. You will work closely with engineering and operations stakeholders to turn complex workflows into simple, efficient interfaces.
Education/Certification(s):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development for production applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, interaction design, and shipped product outcomes.
- Professional experience with Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping).
- Hands-on experience building applications using Angular or React.
- Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Front End Developer duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead UX design from discovery to delivery: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Use Figma to create and maintain design assets, component libraries, and interaction prototypes.
- Build and ship front-end features using Angular or React.
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end usability.
- Create and evolve a practical design system to improve consistency across tools.
- Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with internal users; iterate based on feedback.
- Translate operational requirements into clear UI patterns that reduce friction and errors in day-to-day work.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design best practices are applied where relevant.

Requirements for Front End Developer:
- Background working on enterprise internal tools, operations software, or workflow-heavy products.
- Experience designing data-dense screens (tables, filters, dashboards) and high-accuracy workflows.
- Familiarity with C# and ASP.NET environments.
