- Patrol facilities and grounds to prevent access to restricted areas, theft, or vandalism
- Incident Management and verbal de-escalation
- Maintains orderly flow of foot traffic in the hallways as required
- Monitors restrooms throughout the day
- Reports on maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
- Act as First responder for emergencies
- Stands post at secondary locations as required
- Identify and report suspicious activity
- Cultivate positive relationships with staff and visitors
