Warehouse Specialist:
E2Pack brings together the expertise and industrial experience of five historic Italian packaging companies—Emmeti, Mectra, Sipac, Logik, and Zecchetti—continuing a legacy of excellence in developing innovative solutions across the industry. Proudly servicing the North American food, beverage, and PET market, E2Pack USA has a primary focus on aftermarket sales and service for more than 600 palletizing and depalletizing machines. Based out of Clearwater Florida, our goal is fast and efficient response to customer needs in the US, Mexico, and Canada.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
- Perform picking and packing tasks for outgoing shipments
- Organize and stock received items in designated storage areas
- Ensure warehouse is accessible, clean, and safe for employee, customer, and delivery traffic
- Complete your work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Accomplish inventory counts as needed
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition
- Maintain shipping materials

Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills:
- Sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to be flexible for plant emergencies
- Work with purchasing and sales to ensure accurate stock
- Knowledge of international shipping practices
This job requires the ability to:
- Lift push or pull at least 50 pounds
- Ability to load and unload trucks
- Ability to drive a forklift and use a pallet jack
- Standing, walking, bending and lifting required 75% of the time
Desired Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
- Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
- The ability to apply critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
