Licensed in all 50 states, HPOne offers a robust online platform for consumers to research and select health insurance plans from a wide range of offerings by leading national and most regional carriers. We provide both online and offline support from nationally licensed sales representatives who are trained to help navigate the difficult process of selecting an individual, family, small group or Medicare plan.  We are currently recruiting for Seasonal Customer Service Sales/Service Support positions.  Visit us online at for additional opportunities.

HPOne is looking for determined, self-motivated and passionate support professionals who want to make a difference in people’s lives and achieve their own personal and professional goals.  HPOne currently has a seasonal opportunity available in partnership with a major region Medicare insurance carrier.  All work is conducted over the phone.  Customer service skills are needed.  This is a temporary, full-time, position from August through December.  Work with Medicare individuals, whose Medicare insurance plan is being canceled, to verify eligibility for new product. Comfortably navigate technology while listening and talking on the phone. .  Understand and adhere to all Company, Carrier and/or CMS related policies and procedures.  Performs related job duties as required.

  • Prior Medicare experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be articulate and have a clear speaking voice.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required.
  • Previous training in or related to Healthcare Insurance preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate product knowledge from various Healthcare Insurance.  Plans to prospective members/callers.
  • Ability to perform cost/plan analysis and demonstrate an ability to provide prospective members with a recommendation best suited for caller’s individual needs that is consistent with product/plan benefits.
  • Ability to understand and utilize computer systems.
  • Perform accurately and timely data entry.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Must be detail-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent time management, organization, and computer skills.
