Job Summary:
The Make-Ready Engineer creates, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks solutions on how to place fiber more efficiently. Acts as a liaison for company and joint use activities and documents necessary to carry out make-ready construction activities and subsequent licensing. This role manages and proactively works to establish relationships with pole owners and related contractors. Activities will include joint use application, oversight of make ready engineering and construction activities, participation in joint use ride outs, and as-built verification.

The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The salary range for this role is between $55,000 – $72,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
